Anthony Keenan
Chef and General Manager, Anthony Keenan, was formerly executive sous chef of Mike Ditka's Restaurant. Keenan has brought an interesting flair to Strega Nona. Some of his recent additions include Thai seafood dumplings with salmon, shrimp, scallops and a hint of ginger in a curry broth with sprouts and julienne vegetables. He has also developed a wine list that boasts several Wine Spectator - inspired choices and speciality desserts like the house tiramisu.
