Developing a string of restaurants that fulfill these criteria was a challenge Joe Carlucci was well vested for, having been an entertainment executive with Dick Clark Productions for many years. "Whether it's enticing people to attend a musical concert or visit a restaurant, the elements necessary for each to be successful are very similar. In today's frenetic culture people appreciate a venue where they can unwind and be taken care of," states Joe Carlucci.

Mike Ditka's Restaurant - 100 E. Chestnut St. opened in February 1997 with partner/football coach Mike Ditka. Fine dining featuring All-American food with All-Pro Service just off Michigan Avenue. Signature items include some of Mike's favorites - "Da Pork Chop", Training Table Pot Roast and Kick Ass Paddle Steak.

Carlucci in Rosemont - 6111 N. River Rd near O'Hare Airport offers regional Tuscan cooking in villa -like surroundings.

Strega Nona - 3747 N. Southport Ave. in the Wrigleyville area features authentic Italian cooking with an international twist. Located next to the Mercury and Music Box Theatres with great outdoor seating and valet parking.
